Welcome to Bliss. These terms are the agreement between you and EnterBliss ("we," "us") for using the Bliss app. By using Bliss, you agree to them. We've kept them as plain as we can.
Please read this one carefully. Bliss is a gentle, voluntary way to set apps aside and be present. It is not a lock and not a safety device. It never prevents you from reaching any app on your phone, including your camera, your messages, or emergency services. You're always in control of your phone, and you're responsible for your own safety and awareness at events.
You sign in to Bliss with Apple. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for what happens under it. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Please use Bliss for what it's meant for. Don't misuse it, don't try to break or interfere with how it works, and don't use it to do anything unlawful or to harm others.
When you create a party, the event name and recommendation you enter are visible to everyone who joins with the code. Only share things you're comfortable making visible to those people, and don't enter anything unlawful, hateful, or harmful. Party codes are meant to be shared with the people you intend to join — you're responsible for how you share yours.
Bliss, its name, design, and content (other than what you enter) belong to EnterBliss. These terms don't give you ownership of any of that.
We work hard to make Bliss dependable, but we provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind. We can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and features may change over time.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, EnterBliss is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bliss. Because Bliss never blocks access to your phone, you remain responsible for your own device, safety, and surroundings at all times.
You can stop using Bliss and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to for legal or safety reasons.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
If we update these terms, we'll revise the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll do our best to let you know in the app. Continuing to use Bliss after a change means you accept the updated terms.
